除了当老师、搞研究，其实你能做的还有很多。
本书旨在为科学、工程及数学专业的大学生、研究生们在就业及教育选择方面提供一些指导。
主要章节：

how can you meet your career goals?
what survival skills and personal attributes do you need to succeed?
what education do you need to reach your career goals?
how do you get the job that is right for you?
书中除了有对科学研究的指导，还有许多真实求职案例及一些常见的情境选择，并在结尾处给出对于该选择的建议。
