我知道父的信实恩典，因我亲身经历过。“耶和华啊，你是我的磐石，我必不至很动摇。”
可我是那么软弱，失去掌控权让我恐惧，而寂寞又很吵。很努力，很努力的尝试，然后，还是无果。我只好停下，思考。终于想到了祈祷。想到了5年前你给我的奇迹。OH，someone's watching over me.突然释然了，我要继续等待。对抗焦虑的最好方法是行动和放手。在学游泳时学到的最宝贵的经验是，把拳头握的越紧，越想把什么都控制在自己手中，越僵硬，就越会下沉；相反，放手，划动，就真的漂浮起来了。
看到自己2年前刚毕业时写的东西，很感慨，任性的我啊，真想摸摸自己的头。2年过去了，没有戒的是浮躁和无助，但所追求的却是更清晰了，且多了些行动，也还算宽慰。

钟书：我干坏事了，我把墨水打翻了。绛：不要紧，我会洗。然后钟书又干坏事了，他把灯砸了。绛：不要紧，我会修。钟书长了个疔，绛很急，和护士学了热敷，安慰钟书：不要紧，我会给你治。——好温情呢。
我是多么期待那美好的日子啊。
