Green Sleeves（《绿袖》）是一首英国民谣，在伊丽莎白女王时代就已广为流传；GreenSleeves一词，在英国民间所指，大抵和中国古代歌伎类似，同样是“秋月春风等闲度，暮去朝来颜色故”的可怜女子。这首民谣的旋律古典而优雅，虽然是一首吟唱爱情忧伤的歌曲，但它受到世人喜爱的层面却不仅仅局限在爱情的领域，有人将它换了歌词演唱，也有人将它作为圣诞歌曲，而它被改编为器乐演奏的版本也是多不胜数。
歌词译文来自《读书人》，作者的诗经风格很好地表达了这首歌的“气质”，堪称内容和形式的完美结合（歌词与演唱有出入）。
