与自己和好，不是随随便便宠爱自己，为自己买漂亮的衣服和鞋子，大口吃着垃圾食品。
与自己和好，是坦然接受自己的缺点，认识自己的sin，不管自己的处境如何，旁人如何对你指手画脚，你都能接受那个很不完美的自己，肯定自己，并且，有安全感。
与自己和好，是敢于向信赖的朋友敞开自己，真实面对承认自己的恐惧，和那些最难以启齿的想法。
只有先与自己和好，才能和别人和好。
爱人如己，如果你自己都不爱，都不接受，怎么样去爱身边的人呢？
时刻提醒自己，你就是软弱的，容易受诱惑的。所以，在没有和自己和好之前，没有strong enough之前，请一定远离曾经伤害过你，并且可能会再次伤害你的人。但是，你也没有必要逞一时口舌之快，伤害对方。说出去的话，收不回来。一时生气或愤怒脱口而出的话，只能带给别人伤害，并且难以弥补。
永远记住，我们的相同之处大于我们的不同之处。换一句话，我们共同的缺点，远远多于我们自以为拥有的优点。没有必要觉得自己在道德上占有优势，因而颐指气使，剥开层层的伪装，其实，我们都差不多。
My dearest God,
Thank you for always being there for me. You give me a spirit of power, love and self-discipline, and my gratitude to you is beyond the wildest acclamation.
I know I am just a wayward child and I need you, all the time. Please guide me, my dearest God, with your grace and protect me from temptation. I am rebellious and prone to be tempted, but God, with your guide and protection, I feel safe.
Always remember that love never fails. God, please show me how to love, in a respectable way, not passionately, but silently and patiently. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preserves. When I do not know what to do with someone special, just try to love them and pray for them. But always remember, to love them in the right manner-self-controlled, temperate, worthy of respect and sound in faith and endurance.
