深圳连到香港的彩虹刷屏朋友圈，chase rainbows是追彩虹吗？
6月16日，深圳网友拍到一道巨型彩虹，从深圳湾一直连到香港新界。网友纷纷惊呼：这是我见过最美的天空桥！
彩虹，是气象中的一种光学现象，当太阳光照射到半空中的水滴，光线被折射及反射，在天空上形成拱形的七彩光谱，由外圈至内圈呈红、橙、黄、绿、蓝、靛、紫 七种颜色。
其实我们都知道彩虹并不常见，所以有些人说，看到彩虹会带来好运。如果有人想追彩虹，英文是说chase rainbows吗？
实际上，chase rainbows是做白日梦的意思，例如以下这句话：
I don’t think he is your soulmate. You want a stable life but he likes to chase rainbows.
我不认为他是你的灵魂伴侣。你想过稳定的生活，但他喜欢缥缈的东西。

1. a face like thunder 怒容满面

You can't always have your head in the cloud, you need to be down-to-earth.
