As said that you can cheat one forever, and you can cheat everyone for some time, but you can never cheat everyone forever. When at last one find out he is cheated, he may feel himself a fool. Firstly, when working in a group, people's talents will not be fullied used, and the project may not be done very quickly. Because different people always have different opinions, and consensus can not be reached easily, which will slow done the arrangement of the project. This is not the case as demonstrated in the reading material. While for the spead of responsibility, it will directly lead bad outcomes, because when the project fail, there is no one to blame specifically.
And also, for the rewarding of members, according to the lecture, in comparison to working individually, people's contribution cannot be obviously discovered, since a team get things done together. In addition, for the painting panel, there is also a diffrent explaination about the peices of wood, which is unuasal for Rembrandt in the perspective of the reading passage. The speaker demonstrates that the wood of that painting comes from one tree, which can be categorized into Rembrandt's style.

Firstly, the speaker argues that Chaco Canyon cannot be residential because of the inside layout. Although the external of it looks like apartment, there are few fire palce for cooking in a space where maybe occuppied by hundreds of families. Obviously it cannot be used for living.
In addition, Chaco Canyon structures were not used for storage of meize either. Since if they were used to store meize in such large buildings, there must be some containers in them, while the actually no such contrainers. And also, no trace of meize were found in Chaco Canyon.

In conclusion, the speaker does not agree any of the explanations presented in the reading passage for the usage of the settlements of Chaco Canyon by pointing out logical fallacy or alternative reasons.

The reason is that the seeds of the enetically modifed trees are more expensive and growers have to pay the genetically modifed tree company for them every time they plant trees, while nature tree planters can keep the seeds for future use.
Finally, the genetically modifed trees will do harm to the nature tree other than protect them. There are various factors that contribute to career success. Among these factors, interpersonal skill and profession knowledge learned in school the most important ones from my point of view. Firstly, by arguing that what happened in Europe before probably may not happen againt in North American, the speak claims the invasion of zebra mussel is actually stoppable. The wide spread of zebra mussel in Eastern Europe can be attributed to lacking of knowledge about how the zebra mussel travel from one place to another, while nowadays people have learn that they travel through the ballast water in ships. Secondly, according to the speaker, it is true that the zebra mussel have no predators at the beginning, but eventually, predator will emerge. Some birds will eat the zebra mussel, and they eat a lot.

Since most parents take their children as some kind of extension of themself, they always require their children to choose similar career. From their perspective, it is better thant choose a rather different job because in this case they can give recious advice for their children which will gaurantee a successful career. One of my classmates gave up his dream to be a painter and chose civil engineering according to his parents' advice. Now he does not do well in this specialty.
Secondly, even through the children choose the same career with their parents's, the expected benefits probably may not emerge. On one hand, the good performance of the parents in this job may produce much pressure on the behavior of their children, which is very harmful for the devolope of them. Imagine that no matter how well the child do in the particular area, he or she still is not comparable with the parents. But he or she will unconciously compare himself or herself with the parents, which may affect the selfconfidence to a great degree. On the other hand, we live in a rapidly changing society, the experience of the parents may work before, but there is a great possibility that it is not suitable for the context of the children. If it is the case, then the expected benefit that parents will provide useful adivce will not happen.
In conclusion, with the reason discussed above, I do not see any better for the children choose a similar job to theire parents.

Unfortunately, for various reasons, people currently are not engaged in community activities as been before, especially in my country, China.

When the government provide more and more public service, people gradually do not have to do the group working to cultivate their communities, obviously they will spend much less time helping communities. In our commnity, all the cleaning work are done by imgrant worker from rural area, financed by the city gorvenment. When they go home during Chinese new year, all the garbages in our community are left without dealing. Only at that time, people here will have to spend some time in community activities.
With the advancement of modern technologies, people are attracted to televesions, internet and smart cellpones in their spare time. As they spend more and more time on these staffs, apparetely, they have no time participate in constructing a beautiful communities. Several years before, on weekend, fealies gathered on the grass ground in the center of our community, chating, taking care of the flowers, while nowdays, weekend in our community seems like weekday. The first part-time job for me is to type lots of fiancial data into computer. Firstly I think it is easy, so I promise to accomplishing as much as others, but when I did it, I found I was wrong. When I was in middle school, one of my politics teachers is a communist, so he has great prejudice on other type of political theory. All over his course, students were place in the rain of his one-side political preach. Unfortunately, quite a few of my classmates became fans of him. Even at present, the angel of them seeing social events is exactly that of the teacher. Therefore, teachers should avoid demonstrating their views in these fields in case of that students will be negatively affected
Secondly, for most teachers, it is not neccessary for them to show their social and policital views to students. It is obvious that students in many sujects including math, physics, chemistry, etc., the social views of teachers bare little relationship with what they teach. It is ridiculous for a math teather to give comments to president election before they discuss calculus. If they take the time in classroom to talk about social or political problem irrelated to their course, it will definitely affect the students' academic performance, for the time used to what shoul be taught is less. While in fact, many teachers tend to give some sujective comment to daily events. My physics teacher in senior year is of this kind, and my score was affected greatly.

In modern society, we are accessible to so much information from all brand new media such as twitter, blog, smart phone, but obviously, no one can assure that all the information are trustable. If we get information from a single source, it is high possible that what we get is misleading or totally wrong. If we make important decision on the doubtable information, the ourcome may be disastrous. One time I got the GDP data of Beijing from internet, and did not confirm it with government documents. They I used it in my course assignment, and got a very wrong result. The proffessor gave me a low score for the careless data gathering. It really taught me a lesson to ensure various data soureces.
Secondly, different categories of information exist in different media, so definitely we should get in touch with different information source to be fully-informed. Otherwise, we will draw conclusion on paranoid evidence. If we address scientific probelm, we should turn to research works other than TV or newspaper. For instance, if we want learn more about the safety of genetically modified food, we should not listen to what TV or newspaper said. Apparently, scientific journals or publications are the best alternative. Unfortunately many people in China are hostile to GM food just because they only get the information about GM from on soure, that is TV programmers have amost on scientiftic knowledege.
In conclusion, since different classes of information are from different resources, and misleading information exists, people nowadays have to gather information from different resources to keep well informed.
