德国魔鬼克劳斯·金斯基（Klaus Kinski，1926－1991）
青年时期，他会把自己关在厕所里48小时，砸烂所有的东西。他和赫佐格合作了《天谴/阿吉尔，上帝的愤怒》、《吸血鬼》、《沃切克》、《陆上行舟/菲茨卡拉多》、《绿色眼镜蛇》5部重要作品，两人都是坏脾气，在南美拍《天谴》时，由于财务紧张、天气恶化，两人用手枪彼此威胁着要杀掉对方，不过后来金斯基否认，他说“赫佐格根本没枪，我才有！”；1997年，赫佐格为金斯基拍摄了纪录片《我的魔鬼》，片名太贴切没有了。
“魔鬼”金斯基凶相、金发，日耳曼人，恶狠狠中蕴含日耳曼特有的暴戾式贵族气，是德国最好的男演员之一，擅长扮演心理复杂扭曲、暴躁疯狂的具有叛逆色彩的人物,人们这样形容他：外向、喊嚷、贵气、攻击性强、凶暴，总是想冲出去探险，一个疯子，像小孩子一样天真执拗，一个自大狂，总是处于极端的孤独中。
“魔鬼”留给观众的不尽是凶暴，也有甜美：女儿娜丝塔西娅*金斯基，《苔丝》的主演，上世纪八十年代欧洲影坛赫赫有名的美女，人们万料不到“魔鬼”竟会生出如此美丽温柔的女儿。父女俩关系不好，有人看到他们在餐厅会面，不一会父亲气冲冲走了。父女俩始终没有完全和解。
