Practical principles for working with exam classes can be transparency, similarity, get students in the study mood, balance, exam tips, sort yourself out.
The unpredictability of working with people: classes with students who don’t get on, undisciplined classes, hijacks.
Besides, we should find out about ourselves, working on our weaknesses and our strengths.
