Why is the new house special?为什么这个新房子很特别

I had a letter from my sister yesterday. She lives in Nigeria. In her letter, she said that she would come to England next year. 我昨天收到一封我妹妹的来信，她住在尼日利亚。在信中，她说她明年要来英国

If she comes, she would get a surprise. We are now living in a beautiful new house in the country. 如果她来了，会大吃一惊。我们现在住在乡村一个漂亮的新房子里

Work on it had be gone(begun) before my sister left. The house was completed buy(five) months ago. （这栋房子）在我妹妹离开前已经开始装修（动工）了。这房子5个月前已经完工了

In my letter, I told her that she could stay with us. The house has many large rooms and there is a lovely garden. 在我的回信中，我告诉她可以跟我们住在一起。这房子有很多大房间，还有一个可爱的花园。

It is a very modern house. So it looks strange to some people. It must be the only modern house in the district. 这是一个非常现代的房子。所以对一些人来说它看上去有点奇怪。它应该（肯定）是这个地区唯一现代化的房子了。
