... And if you remember any of this stuff, what will seem the easiest thing to remember is, it's so complicated, it's impossible to fix anything. It is impossible to make things better.

And so I want to finish the class with two final thoughts here. One is, even though it's complicated, you gotta do something. ... The other final point is to do in one last dichotomy, one last artificial bucket, one that runs through this business way too often. You don't have to choose between being compassionate and being scientific. So go and do both.
