Braised Mushroom with Mixed Vegetables
干烧杏鲍菇
Ingredients 配料
350 g King oyster mushroom 350克 杏鲍菇
50 g Snow bean 50克 荷兰豆
30 g Carrot (sliced) 30克 胡萝卜片
25 g Seafood sauce 25克 海鲜豉汁
15 g Butter 15克 黄油
Method
1. Cut the mushroom into 1-cm-thick pieces. Slice the carrot.
2. Mix seafood sauce with dark soya sauce.
3. Heat the butter in a wok, and stir-fry the mushroom, carrot and snow beans. Add in the mixed sauce, cook until fragrant.
烹调步骤
1. 杏鲍菇切成1公分厚片,胡萝卜切片备用。
2. 海鲜豉汁加老抽调好备用。
3. 再用黄油热锅后放下杏鲍菇主料翻炒数次,再把调好的豉油放入后,翻炒至有香气即可。
