《梦一场》收录于歌手那英1999年7月发行的专辑《干脆》，是歌曲《梦醒了》的姊妹篇。这两首歌曲也被称为是那英的经典作品“双梦”篇，均由台湾知名音乐人袁惟仁作词作曲；后经陈少琪填词，改编为梁咏琪演唱的《限期》。
