Responsibilities :
1. Three days on field training from Wed-Fri, Full coaching schedule Sat-Sun with potential to coach other classes throughout the week (Monday-Friday).
2. Potential for other paper work and specific tasks handed out by a foreign coach manager
3. Weekly meetings discussing issues from the previous weekend of classes as well as meeting discussing the plans for the coming weekend.
4. Requirement to attend infrequent meetings during morning rest hours or off days if need arises.
5. Coaching of night classes during the week.
6. Potential to be sent to marketing events for the purpose of bringing in new students during the week or on the weekends.
7. Potential to be assigned to coach football camps in and outside of the coaches city of residence.
8. Potential to coach a youth team for our youth tackle league.
9. Potential to be required to act as referee for games .
10. Required to attend a number of special events throughout the year including certain holiday parties and marketing events.
11. Clean/set up field.
12. Student age range: 3-12
13. Class length: 1-2 hours

Your compensation will include:
Gross Monthly Income Total: 13,000 -25000 RMB .
During Probation Period
1. All coaches will be provided company arranged housing
2. Coaches may partake in the companies free Chinese lessons
3. Coaches who do not pass probation period will be given a one way ticket home(contact Admin for ticket booking), part if not all of the ticket cost may be taken from a coaches salary
Post Probation period
1. All coaches will be provided company arranged housing
2. Coaches may partake in the companies free Chinese lessons
3. All coaches will be given company provided insurance
4. After 6 month with company a coach is given 7 days paid vacation for the first year. After, each year one extra paid day vacation is added with cap of 10 days.
5. Annual company trips for high performing employees (In and outside of China)
6. Annual flight ticket bonus(contact Admin for ticket booking) for all coaches without discipline infractions
Foreign Coach Career Path & Salary Information
1. Probation Period
All new coaches have a max two-month probation period. During this period coaches are trained and evaluated to see if they fit the job and our program. Coaches who excel may be taken off of probation period sooner.
Pay=Set pay of 10,000 RMB
Work Times: Wed.& Fri. offices day’s 13:30-18:30, Thu. office day 10:00-12:30, 13:30-18:30 Full weekend coaching schedule
2. Level One Coach
Post probation all coaches are considered level one. A coach is required to work a minimum of six months post probation before they apply to level two.
Pay= Base salary 5,000RMB, Class Fee: 8 RMB per kid, guaranteed take home 13,000 RMB
Work Times: 3 offices day’s 1:30-6:30, Full weekend coaching schedule.
Pay Calculations
Work absences
Each month a coach is considered to work 21.75 days. A coaches day pay is
considered to be base salary divided by 21.75 days. When a coach misses work the
day pay is than deducted from the final calculation of a month’s pay. In case of
sickness or injury a coach’s day is only deduced by half. However if a coaches absence is considered extended (two office work days or one weekend day) full pay
is deducted unless a doctor’s note is presented.
Guaranteed take home
Coach’s pay is calculated by adding base pay and class fee together. This number is than compared to the guaranteed take home, the coach is than given the greater number.
