2.既然我司做了让步了,推广的部分,我们希望是贵司基于能够完成这230万而要额外投入推广费用,以促成更多的销售业绩;
3.基于以上两点,我们支持贵司提出的推广方案,但前提是贵司完成230万的基础出货目标,且核销的方式为:贵司垫付,待达成目标后凭借具体的方案执行文件,再来以货物的方式进行核销。
4.核销部分:在2019年执行。

1. We are very supporting for the marketing plan. Based on 4 million salse target cann't be completed, you proposed the new purchase plan of 7471 carton about 2.3 million RMB andwhich is very realistic. you are assured of this number. So
2. So if you do all the marketing activities this year, and didn't realized the 2.3 million, we cann't reimburse the fee. For you are confident for the number with so many activities.
3. If you accomplisd the 2.3 million sales and may create more than that, the fee will bereimbursedby goods supplement in 2019(if both parties cooperate continuously) ;If both terminates the cooperation in 2019without reason, the rebate will bereimbursedin the last batch of order of the year.

1.我们很支持以下的营销计划。基于400万的销售目标不能完成,您调整了新的进货计划,7471箱,约和230万人民币。这数字是非常接近实际的,所以您可以去做这个活动,核销费用是基于以下两个条款。
2. 若贵司做了所有的营销计划,但是年底未能达到营销计划,我们是不能给您核销的,因为230是您非常有信心的数字。
3.若您完成销售计划,甚至更多,我们则会在2019年给您核销。
