Day 1 Words & phrases
Twinkie burglars: Twinkie 是一种零食甜点的品牌，后来泛指奶油蛋糕卷等 roam around：闲逛、散步 plan ahead：未雨绸缪、提前计划 P yew : 感叹词 表达恶心的感觉 stinkydink bug：臭屁虫，一种会放出臭气的青黑色昆虫 hang in there: 忍耐一下，坚持下去 meet: n.(U.S.) a sport event (e.g a track meet 田径运动会/ a swim meet游泳比赛） forever and ever： 直到永远 walk sb through sth: 阐明某事、向某人解释清楚。 hoochie house：妓院(hoochie: an insulting word for a woman who has a lot of sexual partners) Hubba Bubba 哈博泡泡糖。80年代流行的一种英国品牌泡泡糖。也有引申为形容人像泡泡糖一样出名很快但是后来就变得索然无味 Sentences & dialogues

2. Let's just take out the atrium and run with that, and there's your drain. boob water: 此处指比赛中用来向台上喷的水流 😂 atrium: 中庭、正厅。现代建筑物中央通常带有玻璃屋顶的结构，目的为增加采光。 run有安排工作or生活的意思，这里run with that应可理解为“就按（他说的）这么办”

关于电影本身：

2. 男主角多次获得金酸莓奖 金酸莓奖是个十分有趣的翻译，Raspberry 是一种红色的叫做覆盆子的浆果，它在习语中有一个意思是“无礼的、不敬的”，出自词组“blowing a raspberry”，有点喝倒彩的意思，指发出嘲弄意味的声音（具体是把舌头放到双唇之间，然后吹气使得舌头震颤发出声音来）。金酸梅奖英文叫“Razzie Awards”，一般字典上查不到，它来自razz一词，是razz（咋舌、嘲弄）的变体，表示的是同样的动作。所以，顾名思义金酸莓奖不重在褒奖，而在于嘲讽。金酸莓奖的奖杯，也就是这样一颗具有嘲讽意味的莓子。 （来自百度百科“金酸莓奖词条”） *raspberry：a rude sound made by sticking the tongue out and blowing: 🌟The boy turned and blew a raspberry at the teacher before running off.

Fourth of July 美国国庆日 原句：I'm Fourth of Julying with the kids this weekend. 这里把这个短语做动词用，理解为过国庆。 put sb. on ... 把工作让某人负责 原句：I‘ll put Swardson on it. happy hour 欢乐时光、酒吧减价时段。原指周五下班后在酒吧狂欢迎接周末的时段，很多酒吧趁机打折销售，于是后来指代打折时段。 原句：See you later for drinks at happy hour with Prince Habadabee. mess with 开玩笑、说些有的没的、打扰到…… e.g. plz be on time tmr, i am not messing with you.

其它： sick: 生病的（美式）；反胃的恶心的（英式） as sick as a dog. 病得很严重 calling in sick 打电话请病假 e.g. With a number of employees having called in sick, the remaining staff were struggling to cope. sick也有褒义的用法： e.g. you and kenny had some seriously sick times up there, right? e.g. your hat is sick! where did you get it?
