记忆不是对过去经历的储存,而是在我们进行回忆时构建出来的。并受到attitude和feelings的主观影响。
比如:相当大比例的人会构建错误的回忆;当人际关系发生变化时,对人的回忆也会发生变化。
有时候我们当前的观点会认为我们是有所提升的,所以我们会错误得回忆过去,认为过去的自己并不像现在这样。对于一些进行精神治疗或是自我提升的人,比如说减肥的人,可能这个人并没有获得实际的效果,但他会认为自己有所收益,认为自己比过去好了。
