行禅时意念集中在哪里

行禅有多种方法。比如,行禅时观察脚的“提、移、踏”。就是大家在行禅的时候,注意行走时自己脚掌的移动:提起、移动、落下;脚步移动时和身体重心的变化;随着重心的移动,观察脚掌触地时的触受。这些观察很细微,还可以更细微,如观察脚的“提、升、移、落、踏”等等,目的是制心一处,在行走的过程中修习禅定。
Dharma Talk by Venerable Master Renda: #Where should you concentrate during walking meditation# There are many methods in walking meditation. For example, observe "lift, move and land"of the foot in walking meditation. When you practice walking meditation, pay attention to your sole of foot: lift, move and land; the movement of your steps and body gravitational center; with the moving of the gravitational center, observe the feeling of your sole of foot touching the ground. These observations are subtle, and can be even more subtle, such as watching your foot's "lifting, moving up, moving forward, descending and landing" etc, the purpose is to focus your mind on what you are doing, practice meditation in walking.
