How to spend a day to make it well-spent
Well, a day spent is a day spent. Why are most of us (if not all) so obsessed with attaching meaning to everyday life?
I guess we all need some bullshit to make us feel better about what we've done, the time we've wasted, and the faith we've put in the wrong people/things. Denying is a way of avoiding guilt.
When I look back, I should say that I would not have done it any other way - not because there's no regret (usually there's plenty), but because I know there was never going to be an alternative ending as we were never given another chance to make the choices. We do not live in films and none of us can travel back in time to make it up for "if only I had…".
Live with it - your guilt, your dissatisfaction, your desire and your extraordinarily ordinary boredom. What can you otherwise do?
