Build lantern
It is truth that lantern can be built by the steps written on their github page.
Most of time is spent on "make docker". Errors are all about source sites banned, for example, the golang web site in DockFile, can be replaced by a mirror, ruby gem source can be replaced by mirror from some education community.
Finally when running the binary, an error occurs, for lack of a system library which is on 32-bit but not installed on 64-bit by default. Installing library, and lantern is working under linux.
