      First rational for a constitution, is to protect democratic process, to protect popular sovereignty.保障民主。
      Second Is that a constitution is needed to protect political minorities. And particularly unpopular minorities of one kind or another.保障少数人的利益。
      Third different kind of rational is to protect certain's fears of private or personal human activity from the state.保护人权。
      Fourth Constitution can serve to protect the autonomy of the sub national unit.保护次级国家单位。
      Fifth rationale for having a constitution which is also concerned with placing limits is really to limit us.关注对公民的限制。
