DAY 1&8
BREAKFAST: mug of black coffee with one sugar
LUNCH: 2 boiled eggs; 1 tomato; 1 portion of cooked spinach
DINNER: 1 big beef steak, lettuce with olive oil and lemon
DAY 2&9
BREAKFAST: mug of black coffee with one sugar
LUNCH: 1 big beef steak, lettuce with olive oil and lemon
DINNER: 1 slice of ham; 1 big natural yogurt
DAY 3&10
BREAKFAST: mug of black coffee with one sugar; 1 toast
LUNCH: 1 tomato; 1 portion of cooked spinach; 1 fruit
DINNER: 1 slice of ham, lettuce with olive oil and lemon; 2 boiled eggs
DAY 4&11
BREAKFAST: mug of black coffee with one sugar
LUNCH: 1 boiled egg; 1 big grated carrot; 1 small cottage cheese
DINNER: 1 can of fruit; 1 big natural yogurt
DAY 5&12
BREAKFAST: 1 big grated carrot with lemon
LUNCH: 1 big lean fish with a bit of gravy
DINNER: 1 big beef steak, lettuce with olive oil and lemon; broccoli
DAY 6&13
BREAKFAST: mug of black coffee with one sugar
LUNCH: 1 portion of chicken, lettuce with olive oil and lemon
DINNER: 2 boiled eggs; 1 big grated carrot
DAY 7
BREAKFAST: mug of tea with NO sugar
LUNCH: 1 portion of cooked meat; 1 fruit
DINNER: be strong, NOTHING
**minimum 2L of water a day, with lemon is fine
**absolutely nothing else can eat or drink except the listed meals, not even a chewing gun!!
**effects-- at lest 7kg off gradually during 3-4 weeks starting DAY 1; regulated digestion for life if you use it once a year
