MJ的抒情歌一向都是由他独自作词作曲编曲，这首也不例外。MJ说，当时他在德国和一群孩子们一起，刚刚大打了一场水球仗，玩完游戏后他是那么的高兴，所以赶紧跑到了他们的楼上写下了这首歌。是这场游戏给了他灵感，他说他很开心。他曾经说，“我喜欢歌词里有一点深度，而旋律又可以简单，这样全世界都可以唱起来。”
这首歌如同天籁，有种充满魔力，深情，还有真挚，隽永的感觉。但与其说它是一首情歌，我更觉得它是一首独白诗。那简单的孩子气的纯洁不染的爱恋诉说的只让人泪流满面。MJ的声音哽咽了，我也听得流泪了。
