This afternoon, as routine goes, it should be the conference of all the faculties, because the president has returned
One thing that is quite inspiring is that the chairman just returned from the investigation in America. The whole investigation concludes the visiting of the representative schools ranging from elementary schools to universities and colleges, and he presented the whole education system for us, and what makes his speech inspiring was that he accepted the concept and ideas of the advanced teaching and learning model, which is really a breeze of fresh air. I really appreciated the effort of the chairman, because his encouragement really motivates me and gas me up to carry on with my teaching design. The reason why I was the very one who is reluctant to give up hope is that I had seen what the real liberal education is in high school and I believe as long as your hope never dies, you will reach it after the necessary accumulation. I will never cut down my requirement because as students like them, it’s naturally their job to meet my requirement, I will never hang low the level line of my teaching and I will try my best to lead them to learn instead of teaching. Study is the task of students, not the heavy duty and burden of teacher. What the teacher really should do it to make the class both interesting and educational and the rest are none of my responsibility, and it’s students’ job to learn and make arrangement for how much they decided to learned.
Education is a long process, and patience will always be the good company when your spirits get too weak.
Where there is a will, there is a way! Unless you are 100% sure you are abandoned by the dream, you are never allowed to give up.
