Hannibal

it's the Thomas Harris's sequal of The silence of lambs,and as turned out to my interest,there is a big difference between the novel and the movie adapted from the same title in terms of the ending.In the movie Hannibal was caught by professional abductors hired by Mason,who was his previous patient,a child molester from a rich family,and later was disfigured himself by being seduced by Hannibal.With persistent pursuit and money put in,Mason planned to see Hannibal was suffered to his avenge as badly as he had been.However,when Hannibal was brought to the pen where the hogs were kept ,at the right moment Starling hopped in,calling up everyone to back down on the scene. Hannibal pushed Cordell,Mason's private physician, to trail his hated master down to the pit ,and he did ,so Mason was eaten alive by the hogs which were bred by Mason's to take Hannibal's life.On the screen Hannibal at the peg,awed by the same hogs,was ,like a hero,calmly standing at the center ,and then carried the wounded Starling away.The movie developed to the next stage where Hannibal took care of Starling,and prepped the dinner with subdued Paul,a corrupted Justice Department official on a wheeled chair.Hannibal openned Paul's skull,took his front brain out ,cooked,and let Paul eat his own brain before killing him.
Starling ,though sedated,managed to cuff her right hand to Hannibal's left one while the police were a few minutes on the way.To much suspension, what we saw was that Hannibal severed his hand,and run away again.His love was echoed to the effect that saying love me,I wont kill any more.At the final clips it was seen that Hannibal was on board with a bandage with a coverage of his hand over his shoulder,sharing Paul's brain to a boy,saying 'it's important to try a new thing'.
However,on the other hand,the ending of novel is conjured up differently. Hannibal wrestled to take in the theory that there is always an increase in entropy,and that distinguishes the past from the future.In this world,he can not take Mischa,her sister back,no matter what.He flash backed the scene times again and again that she was killed and eaten alive by gangsters.Also he seemed to develop his past by transferring his love of Mischa to Starling who had suffered at her childhood. He showed Starling her exhumed father bones ,hypnotized her,and let her out her anger because he was earlier killed as a policeman ,leaving her alone at an orphanage.Unlike the movie,she elected to go off,and they were seen,walking hand in hand along the beach in South America.
When he was asked if it is possible that they left and lived together,Hopkins,the actor of Hannibal answered that it is,although it's preposterous to some.
