downloaded a couple of french movies but can't find the right subtitle, french subtitle is very rare, guess french people wouldn't need subtitles, besides I can't read most of them even there was one.
the english one, for example, 'Un Coeur en Hiver', I got about 5 or 6 of them and the timelines are all wrong, with IE8 reinstated I now have no re-sync tool, the timeline has to be readjusted with the player, it should be a simple concept, when the subtitle comes too early, you put in plus numbers to delay it, if too late, minus number to push it forward, but for some reason I always have to pause and make a mental effort to figure it out, total lack of either mathematical or logical faculty...
but the problem is even if you got the starting part synced, right into the movie the timeline goes haywire again... I wonder why there're so many crappy subtitles out there...
last night after getting a couple crappy ones for 'Les Tontons Flingueurs' I finally find one working from podnapisi.net, and voila, here's one for 'Un Coeur en Hiver' too... wonderful place...
