《生活大爆炸》也存在于现实生活中！复旦大学的一间寝室，四个大二学生被同学们称为真实版的“生活大爆炸”，而他们的寝室也被称为“史上最牛寝室”。

·寝室里“机关密布”
这是一间“机关密布”的学生寝室。走进寝室大门的瞬间，一个温柔的女性嗓音便会问候来访者：“您好，欢迎光临。”寝室中坐着的一名同学随手拿着遥控器一指，日光灯和电扇便自动打开。仔细看的话，这间寝室更是令人惊讶：随处可见的开关、插座连接着示波器、发生器等专业器材；一块看上去毫不起眼的电路板竟是一台电脑的主机；只要按一个键，电脑屏幕就会自动切换到有线电视；寝室里的摄像头连上了网络，在任何地方都能远程观看寝室内的画面；一部不起眼的小车，却能通过无线网络在任何地方遥控，还能实时传回视频……
这间寝室位于复旦大学南苑36号楼5023室，是该校电子工程系四名大二学生的住所。四名男生还将自己的知识和特长拍成DV，制作成总共10集的《5023大讲堂》放在网上供人观看。其中，既有趣味十足的《爆炸摩天楼》、《走入电脑机箱》，也有十分实用的《OFFICE实用技巧》等。
·四名成员各有绝技
据了解，卢元达、王新宇都是由全国青少年科技创新大赛保送入学的，徐健、张侃由全国青少年信息学奥林匹克竞赛保送入学。在他们的强烈要求下，四人被分到了同一间寝室，从此开始了他们的乐趣生活。
徐健是5023室的寝室长，擅长软件开发的他不但承担了《5023大讲堂》的拍摄、制作工作，还开发了多款极富创意的软件。其中，最受欢迎的要数“单词随意背”——这款仅有100多kb大小的软件，能将四六级、托福、雅思词汇囊括其中，随时在电脑上复习、背诵。
1989年出生的张侃已经考出了网络工程师资格证，那台看上去像块电路板的电脑主机也出自他的手。“配置和普通电脑没什么区别，但是成本是普通电脑的1/20。”张侃介绍。
卢元达被人亲切地叫做“老达”，他的书桌是四个人里最复杂的——电烙铁、焊台、万用表、示波器……线路密密麻麻。“军训的时候我就做过一套风扇和通气管结构的散热器，背在身上，教官都没发现呢。”
身为信息学院团委学生会实践部长的王新宇，则是寝室的“外交部长”，还曾代表复旦诗社参加过湖南电视台“天天向上”节目的录制。目前，四名男生正打算将一些“创意”变成“创业”。“如自行车防盗找车一体化装置，张江校区的热水器定时节能系统等，都是可以商用的。”徐健称。
