  哪里不懂？句子结构？？ 我是应届生 英文也不算太好 大概帮你翻译下吧 双方同意“在C-TPAT认证撤销，或在其中一方退伙，亦或者其中一方停止尝试C-TPAT认证时，以书面形式通知另一方”（这一条款） 大概是这个意思，双方同意了3点 Both parties agree to notify the other in writing in the event/// C-TPAT certification is withdrawn ///or if either party withdraws from/// or ceases attempts for C-TPAT certification 这样的话LZ会看得清楚点吗？后面三条都是来讲EVENT这个事的 LZ还去百度提问呐？？已回答，望采纳。
