World Citizen?
Hi everyone,
As I've been noticed that several commentaries has been made about my "World Citizen" feeling, I would like to know what you guys think about it.
For me it means that I first belong to a planet, to the human community, avoiding any kind of nationalism which it just moves the people away from the others. Why I should be proud to be French? Why people should be pride to be American, Chinese, Russian, etc..? The most important is to be proud of what we are, of what we do for the others, of our acceptation of the differences. And it doesn't need to belong to a country for that, these are universal values. People are not better because their French, Chinese, Japanese, etc.. their better, or worse, for who they are personally.
Never forget that the notion of "border" is an human invention.
