在乐高说明书里，遇见《霍格沃茨，一段（极简）校史》(更新中）

五一假期在小伙伴的推荐下买了国补之后接近半价的乐高哈利波特系列之“小霍格沃茨城堡”。（这句好长！）

完成拼搭的过程超级愉快~成品看着没多大，但是麻雀虽小、五脏俱全。重复拼搭很少，有趣拼搭很多~另外蛮意外的一点是，书中随时穿插了许多“哈利波特””霍格沃茨”的冷（热）知识，拼搭也是一次重拾童年快乐时光的过程~

趁机把两本书里穿插的小知识整理翻译一下，配上成品图，假期结束了，可以摸鱼的时候想一想要不要去上个魔法学校啊~

魔鬼网

The Devil's Snare keeps intruders from reaching the secret hiding place of the Philosopher's Stone. It thrives in dampness and darkness. lf you get stuck,stay calm, and open your curtains to let the sun in!

魔鬼网能阻止入侵者抵达魔法石的藏身之处。它们在潮湿和黑暗中茁壮成长。如果你被困于此，请保持冷静，打开窗帘，让阳光照进来！【注：一开始的设计就让人觉得很妙~】

密室

In a final act of defiance, Salazar Slytherin constructed The Chamber of Secrets. A huge Basilisk was bewitched to honour his 'true heir’ and bring ruthless destruction upon all Muggle-born.

作为离校前最后的反抗，萨拉查·斯莱特林建造了“密室”。一只巨大的蛇怪被施以魔法，以荣耀他“真正的继承人”，并带给所有麻瓜出身的巫师无情的毁灭

棋盘密室

The Chess board Chamber was another obstacle protecting the Philosopher's Stone - one that required strategic skills, bravery and sacrifice. Ron fully deserved the 50 points he got for orchestrating his epic game!

棋盘密室是保护魔法石的另一个障碍，它需要策略、勇气和牺牲精神。罗恩因谋划了这场史诗般的棋局而获得了50分，这是他应得的！

To understand the purpose of The Mirror of Erised, you must read its inscription backwards: 'Erised straehru oyt ube cafru oyton wohsi'. (And maybe add or delete a few spaces in the process!)

If Muggles should accidentally come across the Hogwarts grounds, the castle will look like an abandoned ruin, and warning signs wil discourage them from exploring the site further.

如果 麻瓜们不小心闯入霍格沃茨的领地，城堡就会看起来像一座废弃的废墟，警告牌会阻止他们进一步探索。

Many of the castle's secrets are still mysteries to the Wizarding World. Even Albus Dumbledore never knew every thing about its construction or design.

The four Houses represented bravery and determination(Gryffindo), wisdom and wit (Ravenclaw), loyalty and dedication (Hufflepuff) and the values of being ambitious and cunning(Slytherin).

Muggles may be tempted to brew their own potions but risk disappointment(or worse!) with the results. Only witches or wizards can conjure the necessary magic required for successful elixirs.

According to legend, it was Rowena Ravenclaw who named the castle Hogwarts after dreaming of a warty hog that led her to the perfect location. This has never been confirmed.

Though the four founders were long-time friends, Salazar Slytherin had a deep mistrust of Muggles which eventually led him to abandon the school and his three partners in magic.

Helga Hufflepuff was famous for her culinary charms and spells and many of her delicious recipes are still served at school feasts.

The legacy of Godric Gryffindor lives on in The Sorting Hat - a solution to how students would be fairly sorted into their houses.

Every year on 1 September, enchanted boats carry new first-year students from where they leave the Hogwarts Express at Hogsmeade Station, across the Black Lake where they arrive at the Hogwarts Boathouse.

Recreational activities in and around the Black Lake are usually discouraged (unless you are on good terms with the Grindylows). This model, however, should be safe for witches, wizards and Muggles alike.

The ceiling in the Great Hall can be enchanted to mimic the night sky.

Immediately after arriving at Hogwarts, first-year students are shown to the Great Hall where The Sorting Hat determines which house will be their home away from home.

一年级新生抵达霍格沃茨后，会立即被带到礼堂参加分院仪式——分院帽决定他们将以哪个学院为家。【注：从船屋到礼堂的小路细节好评~~~】

建筑间的植物和草坪设计好评~

The trees are built with LEGO® crystal and ice cream elements (and a little magic).

城堡树木是用乐高的水晶颗粒与冰淇淋砖块搭建而成（外加一点魔法）。

廊桥真好看

The Viaduct Bridge is not only iconic to the Hogwarts silhouette, but is also a central location during the Battle of Hogwarts: when Professor McGonagall enchants the suits of armour to do their duty to the school by protecting everyone inside, they head towards the bridge. It is also the setting for a key moment during the First Task of the Triwizard Tournament when the Hungarian Horntail soars underneath it to chase Harry.

礼堂外的廊桥不仅是霍格沃茨标志性轮廓的一部分，更是霍格沃茨之战的核心战场：当麦格教授用魔法唤醒石墩守卫执行使命保护校内众人时，守卫们正是朝着这座桥进发。这里是三强争霸赛第一个任务的关键场景——匈牙利树蜂龙曾从桥底掠过追逐哈利。

The Quad Court yard is an outdoor meeting space for students nestled near the ClockTower.

四方庭院是毗邻钟楼的一处露天集会空间，学生们常在此相聚。

校长的办公室

The office of Albus Dumbledore, the small towers on the main tower, is built with a LEGO® telescope element.

阿不思·邓布利多的办公室，在附着于主塔的小塔楼内，我们使用了乐高®的望远镜砖块来搭建它。【注：amazing……】

You wouldn't think the sprouting towers on the Headmaster's Tower could be an architecturally sustainable structure- but of course, at Hogwarts everything is possible!

你或许会质疑校长塔楼这样的三叠塔是否符合建筑结构的稳定性——但在霍格沃茨，一切皆有可能！

The girls' lavatories are located in this part of the castle. Maybe Moaning Myrtle will stop by as you build. Just watch out for trolls.

这一区域设有女生盥洗室。搭建过程中，哭泣的桃金娘或许会悄然掠过你身边。请千万提防巨怪出没。

东翼

No matter what a Hogwarts student's favourite subjects are, they will likely spend a great deal of their time in the East Wing, where many of the classrooms are located.

You might think the main tower would be the tallest point of the Hogwarts castle -but it is actually the Astronomy Tower.

Hogwarts is a huge castle, where it can be tricky to find your way. But did you know that the castle has 142 staircases? With the stair cases constantly changing, it doesn't make it easier finding your way around.

The whomping Willow was planted to give Professor Lupin a safe escape during his full-moon werewolf episodes. lt hides a secret tunnel leading to the Shrieking Shack where Lupin would stay until he transformed back into human form.

The magical Durmstrang Ship was used to travel between the Durmstrang Institute and Hogwarts for the Triwizard Tournament. But have you ever wondered how the ship got from the North Sea into the Black Lake? The Durmstrang Ship arrived in the lake through a magical shortcut created between the lake and other bodies of water-truly magical!

你有没有好奇过，三强争霸赛期间，德姆斯特朗学院的魔船是如何从北海驶入霍格沃茨的黑湖的？答案是“魔法捷径”——学校在湖泊与其他水域之间开辟了一条魔法通道——真的太神奇了！【注：船的桅杆上那个“扳手”的砖块超妙的！】

The Pegasus of the Beauxbatons' Carriage is built with white LEGO horn and leaf elements. Notice the reins? They are actually a magically transformed candle holder!

布斯巴顿马车前的飞马雕像，是由乐高的角形砖块与叶片砖块拼搭而成。如果你仔细观察缰绳——那其实是被施了变形魔法的烛台砖块！

独占人仔！

The Architect of Hogwarts Castle minifigure was created exclusively for this set, with a new beard element, and a Hogwarts model and blueprint scroll in his hand.

“霍格沃茨建筑师”人仔是本套装的独占人仔，配有全新的胡须砖块，且手持城堡模型与设计蓝图卷轴。

The Architect of Hogwarts Castle was active in the years around the turn of the tenth century. Not much is known about his life or other works.

这位活跃于公元10世纪前后的建筑师生平成谜，霍格沃茨或许是他留给魔法世界唯一的杰作。
