Second sessions of meditation

Last Sunday, I attended my first meditation session and it went really well. So, this Sunday, I brought Mr Camel to join me for the second session, which was his first time and my second time. We both enjoyed it immensely. In today's session, I had a great experience. We met a new trainer- Prudhvi, who seems very experienced in meditation, having practiced it since he was 15 years old. He has a very calm tone and is very knowledgeable. What he shared with us was thoughtful and inspiring. Meditation has a ripple effect on those around us. He mentioned that our hearts are all connected, so the divine and positive energy we cultivate through meditation can spread to others. Being in a balanced state can benefit not just ourselves, but also the people around us, including those at work. Meditation is often about letting go of effort and allowing things to unfold naturally. We do not imagine the light in the heart, the real magic of meditation comes when we stop grasping at those images or ideas and simply are. He also emphasized the importance of attitude when meditating.
