Busy and tired

Recently , I've been busy and tired , often sleepless at night and waking up early in the morning . "Life has never been easy ",this year I've come to fully realize this fact .

As a worker without means of production, even if you are promoted to an executive position ,it most likely means you'll lose yourself in endless work and competition , it's difficult to keep a balance between work and life .

Previously, trying to be an expert might have an outside chance of achieving balance , but transformation is fierce nowadays . Skills become outdated more quickly than before .

In a recent speech I read , Jia Jianxu said : "as a leader ,you should have ideas, methods ,and the means to accomplish them ".

So, calm down to find the ideas , make plans , and then implement them step by step . Don't worry , don't hurry.
