l am a highly driven, focused, and accountable Service Delivery manager who can be relied upon to consistently achieve all organizational and operational service objectives. 

The main qualities, skills and experience I have gained during my career to date, include exceptional organizing, planning and implementation skill, an ability to motivate, inspire and lead others, and very good communication and interpersonal skill that mean I can get the most out of the people and the resources I am responsible for. 

I want to become a Service Delivery manager primarily because, having studied the job description and person specification in detail, I am one hundred confident the traits and qualities I already possess are a strong match for the role. I thrive in a pressurized environment where I am the person responsible for the effective delivery of organizational services. If you hire me as your Service Delivery manager, I will not let you down.

我是一个奋发努力、专注和负责任的服务交付经理，有能力持续实现所有的组织和运营服务目标。
