这是我第二次介绍来自韩国的乐队了，韩国作为最近几年亚洲发展最好的国之一，孕育了很多支优秀的乐队，在这里我就不再一一介绍了，今天我要介绍的这支名为Visceral Explosion的乐队是2020年成立的一支新乐队，有贝斯手：Lee Kyeong Won，鼓手：Kim Yu Jong，吉他手：Lee Seok Ho，歌手 / 吉他手：Ryu Gun组建，在组建之际发行了第一首单曲“All Day Diarrhea”，这首单曲的封面设计的也很有意思是由Ryu Gun的姐姐为他们设计的，2022年乐队的第二首单曲“Cadaveric Spasm”发行了，这首单曲引起了英国著名标签Rotten Music注意与乐队取得联系为他们发行了第一张正式专辑“Human Meat Distribution Process”，一经发行乐队就受到了广泛的关注和好评，他们也是目前韩国人气最高的乐队之一，前不久乐队还参加了韩国最大的音乐节No Mercy Fest和MMC，就在前几天我联系到了乐队的歌手 / 吉他手Ryu Gun进行了一次采访，下面让我们一起来了解一下这支韩国的乐队吧！（V: 代表笔者 R: 代表Ryu Gun）

This is my second time to introduce a band from South Korea. As one of the most developed countries in Asia in recent years, South Korea has given birth to many excellent bands. I will not introduce them one by one here. Today I will introduce The band called Visceral Explosion is a new band formed in 2020 with bassist: Lee Kyeong Won, drummer: Kim Yu Jong, guitarist: Lee Seok Ho, singer/guitarist: Ryu Gun formed, in the formation On the occasion of the release of the first single "All Day Diarrhea", the cover design of this single is also very interesting. It was designed by Ryu Gun's sister for them, and in 2022 the band's second single "Cadaveric Spasm" Released, this single attracted the attention of the famous British label Rotten Music and got in touch with the band to release their first official album "Human Meat Distribution Process". Once released, the band received extensive attention and praise, and they are also currently One of the most popular bands in Korea, the band also participated in No Mercy Fest and MMC, the biggest music festival in Korea not long ago. Hello Ryu Gun, nice to meet you and thank you very much for participating in this interview. You are a very young band that only formed in 2020. Who proposed this band? Who came up with the name Visceral Explosion?

Hello, thank you for interviewing our band. My friend Lee Kyeong Won, bassist of the band, and I proposed the band. And Kyeong Won proposed to Kim Yu Jong, drummer of the band, to participate and I proposed to Lee Seek Ho, guitarist of the band. About the band name, I came up the band name VISCERAL EXPLOSION.

V: 你们乐队有4个成员但是合照中只有3个成员，你能介绍一下这个没有出现在合照中的成员吗?

There are four members in your band, but there are only three members in your group photo, can you introduce this member who is not in the group photo?

R: 他叫李锡浩乐队的吉他手。实际上当我们为第一张完整专辑拍照时他正在服兵役。很遗憾但他现在退伍了，我们重新拍摄了新的成员照片。您可以从我们的SNS页面查看。

He’s name is Lee Seok Ho, guitarist of the band. Actually, he was in military when we took the picture of the 1st full-length album. It’s sad but after he discharged the military, we took the band photo with all four members. You can check it from every our SNS pages.

V: 你们乐队的四位成员都是第一次组建乐队，所以在创作上会不会有一些障碍？你能告诉我们你乐队的歌曲创作过程吗？你通常多久聚在一起排练？

The four members of your band are all for the first time, so will there be some obstacles in terms of creation? Can you tell us about your band's songwriting process? How often do you usually gather together to rehearse?

R:发行专辑的最大障碍是与唱片公司的合同。韩国的标签系统和其他国家的标签系统几乎没有什么不同。所以我们应该问很多事情，甚至是非常基本的事情。关于我们乐队的作曲过程，实际上是我写乐队的歌曲，当一首歌曲的demo准备好时，我们的成员练习自己的部分，每周至少聚在一起排练1次。

The biggest obstacle to release the album is contract with labels. The systems of Korean labels and the other country’s labels are little different each other. So we should ask a lot of things, even very basic things. About our band’s songwriting process, actually I write the songs of the band and when a demo of a song is ready, our members practice the part of themselves and gather together to rehearse at least 1 time per week.

V:你作品的录音效果非常好我非常喜欢录音效果你在哪个录音室录制歌曲？哪位录音师师为您制作的专辑？

The recording effect of your works is very good. I like the recording effect very much. Which studio did you record the songs in? Which sound engineer produced the album for you?

R: 谢谢你的好评。我在家里录制、混音、掌握这张专辑。当你喜欢那种声音时，我感觉很好！

Thank you for good rating. I recorded, mixed, mastered the album in my house. I feel good as you enjoy that sound!

V: 你们乐队的logo设计很漂亮，专辑图稿也很美，尤其是你们第一张正式专辑的图稿我很喜欢，但是你们的第一首单曲"All Day Diarrhea"的设计和之前的设计很不一样，这些作品是同一位设计师为你设计的吗？能介绍一下这位艺术家吗？

The logo design of your band is very beautiful, your album artwork is beautiful, especially the artwork design of your first official album I love it so much, but your first single "All Day" The design of Diarrhea" is very different from the design of the later artworks, so are these artworks designed for you by the same designer? The logo and the artwork for “Human Meat Distribution Process” were designed by ROTTEN JP. And the artwork for single “Cadaveric Spasm” was designed by DIABOLUST ART. The first single “All Day Diarrhea” artwork was designed by my sister :)

V: 你的音乐主题是什么？你想通过这样一个音乐主题来表达什么想法？你的歌有歌词吗？谁写了这些歌词，他的灵感来自哪里？

What is your musical theme about? What idea do you want to express through such a musical theme? Do your songs have lyrics? Who wrote these lyrics and where did he get his inspiration from?

R: 我们没有如此鲜明的主题，所以……我们没有歌词！享受我们的音色和声音吧！

We don’t have such a distinct theme so… we don’t have lyrics! Just enjoy our tone and sound!

Your official album "Human Meat Distribution Process" was released on the UK label Rotten Music, which is a great label that has released a lot of albums from great bands, how did you get in touch with this label for you What about the album release? Are you satisfied with your work on the Rotten Music label? I know there are some very good labels in your country like Show No Mercy Records, so why don't you guys choose a Korean label to release the album, I think it will be more convenient you think?

R: 我们找到了残酷的死亡金属厂牌ROTTEN MUSIC的老板Chris Jachym给了我们很好的反响，厂牌发行了很多优秀的专辑。所以我们决定和ROTTEN MUSIC签约。我们是第一个与唱片公司签约发行全长的，Chris Jachym给了我们很多信息和建议，甚至是非常基本的东西。我们对ROTTEN MUSIC非常满意。哪个国家的标签都是很好的标签。

We were finding brutal death metal labels and ROTTEN MUSIC boss Chris Jachym gave us really good reaction and the labels had released so many excellent albums. So we decided to contract with ROTTEN MUSIC. We were first to contract labels to release full-length but Chris gave us a lot of information and advice even very basic things. we were so satisfied with ROTTEN MUSIC. There isn’t any reason about that which country’s labels are good or bad.

V: 在你的第一张正式专辑发行后，你有什么新的工作要做吗？比如创作一些新歌或者参加一些音乐节，是否方便向大家透露一些信息？

Do you have any new work to do after the release of your first official album? For example, creating some new songs or participating in some music festivals, is it convenient for you to disclose some information to everyone?

R: 我们正在为即将发行的EP创作一些新歌它将于 2022 年发布。敬请期待！

We are creating some new songs for upcoming EP. It would be released in 2022. Just stay tuned!

First of all congratulations on the release of your first official album "Human Meat Distribution Process" this year, I have listened to all of your works through the Internet, you are a great band and one of the cruelest bands I have ever heard in Korea , you are a typical Slam style band, slow, sticky, brutal, brutal, heavy these words can sum up your characteristics, compared with many current bands, you will be much slower in speed, but in some The details are very fast, your work reminds me of a lot of American bands, I believe you are also influenced by many American bands, I know there are several bands of the same type as you in Korea, but you are compared to them. It can be said to be the best among them, so do you have any views and opinions on your own works?

R: 在乐队成立后我的音乐品味也发生了很大变化。2020年4月乐队刚成立不久，我就听了死亡金属和Deathcore。正因为如此，在那个季节创作的歌曲旋律优美，有很多故障和一些听起来像Deathcore的东西。但如今所有四个乐队成员，尤其是我和京元，都想要更纯粹的残酷死亡金属，猛烈抨击。我认为“Human Meat Distribution Process”中的歌曲是早期的风格。实际上未来将要发行的歌曲更像是单曲“Cadaveric Spasm”。

My musical taste had been changed a lot even after the band was formed. When April 2020, just after the band was formed, I listened both death metal and death core. Because of that, the songs created in that seasons are melodic, have many breakdowns and several things that sound like death core. But nowadays, all four band members, especially Kyeong Won and I, want more pure brutal death metal, slam things. I think the songs in “Human Meat Distribution Process” are the early style. Actually, the songs that will be released in future are more like the single “Cadaveric Spasm”.

V: 成立两年了你们有没有参加过音乐节或者现场演出？如果没有你有没有想过参加一些音乐节？

It has been two years since you formed, have you participated in music festivals or live performances? If not, have you thought about participating in some music festivals?

R: 我们参加了韩国最伟大的重金属音乐节之一“MMC”、“No Mercy Fest”以及一些当地的俱乐部生活。我们希望尽可能参与未来的任何现场表演。

We had participated one of the greatest Korea heavy metal festivals “MMC”, “No Mercy Fest” and also several local club lives. We want to participate any live performances in future as possible as we can.

V: 贵国近年来发展非常迅速。已经组建了许多优秀的乐队，并在许多著名唱片公司发行了专辑。同时，也出现了很多优秀的。当然，我知道韩国的重金属气氛不是很浓。能否介绍一下贵国目前的重金属气氛？你能推荐一些韩国乐队给我们吗？韩国有什么重金属音乐节吗？

Your country has developed very rapidly in recent years. Many excellent bands have been formed, and they have released albums on many famous labels. At the same time, there have also been many outstanding ones. Of course, I know that the atmosphere of heavy metal in Korea is not very strong. Can you tell us about the current heavy metal atmosphere in your country? Can you recommend some Korean bands to us? Are there any heavy metal festivals in Korea?

R: 说实话你说的没错，韩国重金属的氛围不是很好，但也有人支持野蛮死亡金属等极端金属乐队。我们很感激那些人。韩国有一些很棒的残酷死亡金属乐队。 Fecundation、Valley of the Headless、Titor等。关于韩国的重金属音乐节，有Downfall Fest、No Mercy Fest、MMC等。实际上在韩国纯重金属的音乐节很少。

To be honest, you’re right, the atmosphere of heavy metal in Korea is not really good but there are some people supporting brutal death metal and the other extreme metal bands. We’re so appreciated with that people. There are some great brutal death metal bands in Korea. Fecundation, Valley of the Headless, Traitor and so on.. About the heavy metal festivals in Korea, there are Downfall Fest, No Mercy Fest, MMC and so on. Actually, in Korea, there is just few festival for the pure heavy metal.

V: 虽然你们刚刚成立，但是你们是一支很不错的乐队，你们的第一张正式专辑也很不错，可以被我加进2022年的前十专辑哈哈，但是在国内知道的人不多或者了解你的乐队，所以我想通过这次采访把你们优秀的乐队推广到中国，让更多的歌迷知道你的乐队，那么最后你想对中国的歌迷说些什么呢？

Although you have just established, but you are a very good band, your first official album is also very good, you can be added to the top ten albums in 2022 by me haha, but not a lot of people know about it in China You or know your band, so I want to promote your excellent band to China through this interview, so that more fans can know your band, so what do you want to say to the fans in China at the end?
