Learn English
Why so many people spend too much time to learn English,but can't write a story or article.
Because we study English not for use，but for pass the exam.So you can answer the questions and pass the exams，but can't use English to study knowledge.Only use English to study English.This is the big problem.
If you can learn some skill or knowlege in English,then anything will changed.Why?
1、All the language to use must base on the culture.So all the knowlege use languge to describe.If you can not describe the skill or knowlege in English then you did not study English.
2、Study knowlege must think、write and ask question in your languge.So you can talk with somebody or discussion a topic with somebody.If you can commuincate with others,then you can be more clear about the knowlege and the words.If you can write a article,that means you can talk to youself,is also very useful to understand your meaning.Writing can review and check your study by youself.
3、 If you can use English to talk youself,then you have a core abilety of awareness.You can use this ability to explain all the meaning.So you create a new languge for youself.All the languge by use like a skill,the more use the more help their thinking.The more thinking can help improve the skill about writing,then we can use English well.
为什么这么多人花太多时间学英语，却写不出故事或文章。

如果你不能用英语描述技能或知识，那你就没有学过英语。
