The annual celebration of Earth Day is, to me, a celebration of hope.While we as human beings have yet to order our lifestyles, social structures,and institutions so that they nurture the Earth as it nurtures us, thegrowing popularity of this day signals agrowing awareness of the importanceof acting as stewards of the planet.每年地球日的庆祝，对我而言，是希望的庆祝。我们的生活方式，社会结构将可以滋养地球，正如地球滋养我们一样。对地球日关注度的提升表示成为地球管理者的重要性在提升。

For real change to happen, however, we need a visceral experience of the Earth’senergy. I have experienced the energy of the Earth as matching the energy I discovered deep within myself--my true nature.然而，若要改变真的发生，我们需要真切体验到地球能量。我体验到地球能量，与我的内在—我的真实本性，发出的能量一致。

That energy is characterized by an unconditionalcaring for all life. Connecting with the energy of the Earth unleashes and strengthens unconditional caring, motivating us to adopt habits that support life on the Earth. Without this experience, we focus on our natural desires for comfort or our fearsof not having enough resources forsurvival.这种能量具有对所有生命拥有无条件关爱的特性。与地球能量连接，触发和强化这一份无条件的关爱，驱动我们支持所有地球生命的习性。没有这个体验，我们只会关注追求舒适的欲望，或者对生存资源缺失的恐惧。

When we’re struggling we can easilyfeel like we don’t have the space, time, or abilityto care for anything beyond our own concerns.当我们处于纠结挣扎中，我们很容易感觉自己没有空间，时间和能力去关心超越我们考虑范围以外的事物。

But we can connect to the Earth’s energyand receive love and vitality from ourultimate mother, enabling us to act out our concern for all.但是我们可以连接地球的能量，从我们伟大母亲那里接受爱和生命力，让我们有能力考虑所有生命。

I’ve believe that all life is precious and I considerthe priceless value of life an absolute value, unaffected by circumstances. Our lifestyles, on the other hand, are relative valuesthat can be changed. Communing with theEarth we can learn to match relative values toour absolute value. So that we all may live well.我相信所有生命都是珍贵的，我认为无价的生命有着绝对价值，不因环境改变而改变。换言之，我们的生活方式具有的是相对价值，是可以改变的。与地球相通，我们可以学会如何把相对价值配合我们的绝对价值，这样我们都能够生存的很好。
