Nina Simone（1993.2.21-2003.4.21）：
- 美国歌手、作曲家、钢琴表演家。原名Eunice Kathleen Waymon
- 创作音乐类型包括Blues、R&B、Soul
- 演唱特色：富有情感的颤音（tremolo）
- 曾被茱莉亚学院录取，但因无法筹足学费+找不到有力保证人而放弃入学
- 1960年代，积极参与种族平权运动，演唱了许多相关歌曲，如《To Be Young, Gifted and Black》《Backlash Blues》《Mississippi Goddam》《I Wish I Knew How it Would Feel to be Free》《Pirate Jenny》
- 自传：I Put a Spell on You
- 很多电影采用了Nina的歌作为插曲
