我错选了A，因为我完全把第二段理解错了。我以为第二段在说第一段提到的新theory的问题。我的错误来源于第二段第一句太难，导致思维混乱。但其实，如【李大猫的思考】所说，GRE不会坑我们，所以很难的句子后面，一般会接上一个解释性的句子。比如上面说的第二段第一句的后一句的开头，就是“In particular"，这是关键词，说明紧跟的这一句相当于解释上一句。也因此这第二句依然在进一步introduce这个新theory，不是在criticize it。
感悟：很难的句子后面大多会加解释句，注意分辨关键词！
