I desire a loving friend, an understanding woman, a free soul
我想要的爱情，是一个有爱的朋友，一个有心的女子，一个自由的灵魂
She could have many friends, but she values me most highly
她可以有许多的朋友，但我是她最重要的朋友
She knows my joy as well as my pain
她知道我的苦与乐
She smiles and sobs like a baby in my presence
她在我面前会像一个孩子一样哭笑
We love to see the other be better but never push it
我们期盼对方变得更好，但并不强求结果
We don't vow but we keep our own small secrets
我们不随便发誓，但保有我自己的小秘密
We are two people but we are on the same boat
我们是两个人，但我们同舟共济
For our life is short
生命短暂
We will eventually part with each other
我们最终还会分开
But the love we share paves a peaceful path
但是我们共同的爱早已为死亡
To death
铺平了道路
That is the love I picture in my mind
这就是我心中爱情的样子
And I say,

It is good.
