A strange climate spread in the office these days. People tend to blame others, especially other colleagues from other department. Each minor disagreement will be exaggerated when somebody transfer it.

As an adept person, I assume we'd better control our temper and focus on what we must do rather than gossips.

Pardon all but yourself seems like a stupid phylosophy in your career and life. People dislike this kind of person, especially in the office. It may be annoying to others because she always delivers the negative emotions.
