Re: Meditation
Since I started meditating, I find it easier to concentrate on what matters, to motivate myself, and to love myself.
What I learnt today:
1) exist between your thoughts, that's where you find peace and quiet
2) see what wants to be seen; hear what wants to be heard
3) when you are distracted, gently nudge yourself in the right direction instead of pulling yourself back vehemently.
