今年麦肯锡通关真题,给Jimmy比个心

对于Jimmy其实我只能给个半心,因为这货基本是手把手手把手手把手送进去的。比中指。虽然说你很勤奋,但如果不是每天催魂一样的催,这位小哥哥可能转头去了别的地方。大麦多难进,多有面儿,多有前途,你一脸不在乎的样子是做给谁看?!

我是勤奋并拖延的Jimmy。
因为这两年的经济形势不太好,可能各个行业的工作机会都会比较难得,但还是希望大家都可以保持一个平和的心态、努力去做到“尽人事,听天命”。反正我尽人事了。
从接到 HR 通知的邮件到正式面试中间的半个月,我真的是以高考都没有过的认真程度在做准备。接下来的每天大概只睡四五个小时就起来练习准备 ,但有趣的是这个过程中完全不会感到困倦,可能是真的过于渴望这个机会了吧哈哈哈~

所以在面试过后,我也觉得就算现场发挥不好最后没有得到这个机会,我也不遗憾,因为全力投入过的结局是可以被坦然接受的。我分享一下真题。我对过的喔,应该没太大错漏。
第一个 case
这一个问题是 BIG PHARMA 想在中国推出胰岛素抗糖药,
我的解题思路:先分析中国的人口、老龄化趋势、患病 率,得出市场潜力;再对比市场上的 competitor-OAD oral antidiabetes drug 的销售情况和市场份额,得出竞争优势;再 focus group 采访中国各地方的医生,问他们对定价的看法,得出此新药的定位。
当时遇到一点小问题, 在一道算中国 70 岁以上老人的糖尿病率题目上卡住了。题目是这样:
overall china diabetes rate 0.36, <70 population's rate is 1/2 of the >70 population's, and the >70 population is 1/5 of the overall china's. so 0.2*x+0.8*0.5*x=0.36 -->x=0.6
这题我的思路不太好就不分享了,你可以自己先想想。反正我就是卡在了这里,最后顺着思路答的,不能因小失大。
第二个 case
这个问题是某小国想要开发 automobile 的数据库,包含内燃机的汽车、混合动力的汽车、电力汽车。
题目围绕如何设计此数据库,比如要包含今昔的燃烧效率对比,对于还在研发中的汽车的未来市场前景预测。需要计算混合动力车几年内可以在发达国家覆盖,与发展中国家的对比。
