两篇文章：关于AS与NT的思考

两篇文章都是很久以前写的 刚好相互呼应

其实每个人都有做起来容易的事 也有做起来困难的事 但是 任何问题都有答案 一切取决于你能否想出答案 我一直相信基因、先天条件以及命运没有优劣 只有不同 就像打游戏 也许有些人的人生一开始就处于“Extra-hard”模式 如果能这样打通关 是不是也很酷呢？

1. I don't have enough required instincts so I have to use logic massively. I still feel like living in the chaos. Sometimes I can't even feel my own body. But I'm rational and objective and good at thinking.

2. I'm highly sensitive in many aspects. There are innumerable factors that would have effects on my perceptions. Sometimes they disturb me. Otherwise they please me. I definitely won't give up these private little pleasures.

我在很多方面都高度敏感 有无数因素会对我的感知觉产生影响 有时候它们扰乱我 除此以外它们令我愉悦 我绝对不想放弃这些私人专属的小乐趣

3. I feel things differently. This may hinder me in my work or study, and make me clumsy. But I have experiences Neurotypical people don't. I know things they don't.

我对事物的感觉不同 这或许会在工作或学习中阻碍我 并使我笨拙 但我有神经典型的人没有的体验 我知道他们不知道的事情

4. My own life is so exhausting that I don't give much attention to the outside world. My world maybe small, but everything and everyone in it is important. I can make the best of my time.

我自己的生活令人精疲力尽以至于我对外界关注不多 我的世界也许很小 但里面的每个事物和每个人都很重要 我可以充分利用我的时间

5. I make really good timetables. They are thoughtful and nice looking. I enjoy arranging my things in proper order.

我会制作非常棒的时间表 它们考虑周全而且好看 我很享受把我的东西按恰当的顺序排列

6. I can always notice numbers, colours, small details and interesting patterns. I make special catalogs and statistics. It doesn't take much effort or intellect, but people would be impressed all the same.

我总是能注意到数字 色彩 小的细节和有趣的模式 我会做特别的收集目录和统计数据 这费不了多少力气也不需要有多聪明 但是人们还是会对此赞叹不已

7. I have limited interests, but Not only one interest. I may not able to do many things at once. But one by one, I can learn different things very well, because I'm passionate and absorbed. And I can see a hidden connection between things I've learnt.

我的兴趣有限 但绝不是只有一个 我或许无法同时做好许多件事 但是一次一件 我也能把不同的东西学得很好 因为我既热情又专注 而且我能看到在我学过的事物之间存在的一种隐藏的联系

8. I'm certainly not a genius. But I have my talents. I read before I speak. I can recite sentences, especially the rhymed ones. I can think in pictures. I understand music. I can write rather good poems, because unlike other literature forms, poems are just images with musical rhymes.

我绝对不是天才 但我也有我的天赋 我说话之前就可以阅读 我能背过句子尤其是押韵的句子 我可以用图像思考 我理解音乐 我能写出不错的诗 因为不同于其他文学形式 诗歌就是一些带有音乐性的韵律的图像

9. I can't cope with a great deal of social contact. But thank God, I'm not suffering from the social phobia. I never dislike people, though I don't actually like them. I'm willing to have a few friends, though I never feel lonely.

我没法应付大量社交接触 但感谢上帝 我没有社交恐惧症 我从来没有不喜欢人 即使我也没有多喜欢他们 我愿意拥有几个朋友 不过我从来不感到孤独

10. I don't have many emotions. I may not be able to love or miss or care about people the way Neurotypical people do. But I'm not able to feel the negative ones, either. I won't be very depressive or furious or embarrassed. I won't envy or hate people.

11. I can't empathise with people. So I understand them by reasoning. Neurotypical people tend to understand those who are similar to them only. But I can understand all kinds of people if I really mean to.

12. I can't empathise with people. So their thoughts don't bother me much. I'll always do things I think are right instead of things people would like. I make less mistakes and take less roundabouts.

我不能对别人产生移情作用 所以他们的想法不会干扰我 我总是做我认为正确的事而不是别人会喜欢的事 我更少犯错也也更少走弯路

13. I think straightforwardly. Sometimes I get people wrong. But I mean what I say and I say what I mean. I don't tell lies.

我的想法非常直接 有时候我会把别人的意思理解错 但是我想的就是我说的 我说的就是我想的 我不会说谎

14. I express my feelings straightforwardly. I have meltdowns, shutdowns and hysterics. I may do things that seem weird to the others. But meanwhile, I'm easily contented with tiniest things like repeating a few nice-sounding words.

我表达感受的方式非常直接 我有时情绪崩溃 自我封闭 或歇斯底里 我可能会做出在别人看来非常奇怪的事 但与此同时 我很容易满足 即使只是做最微小的事情 例如重复几个发音好听的单词

15. Because I am autistic, or neurodiverse, it's easy for me to realise how pluralistic the world is. And for the benefit of myself, I've learnt a lot about autism and neurology. They are very interesting.

Watch for the sighs of NT! Hospitals should give diagnoses to the neurotypical(NT) as early as possible, so they can get earlier intervention and better treatment to help them integrate into the neurodiverse society.

The neurotypical should be given training in both grammar and logical thinking. They have difficulty in speaking correctly and specifically, though they usually begin to speak earlier than they should. They often fail to interpret the true meaning of a speech or a text, hampered by their lack of logic. But most of them enjoy talking to people and speak extravagantly.

神经典型者应该被给予语法和逻辑思考方面的训练。他们在正确、具体地表达方面有困难，尽管他们通常都过早开口说话。被逻辑方面的缺失所阻碍，他们常常无法理解话语或文本的正确含义。但他们大多都喜欢和人说话而且说得没完没了。

The neurotypical need behavior guidance and discipline. They often show some inappropriate attachment to human beings, and aloof manners such as staring into people's eyes, holding hands or groping all over other people.

神经典型者需要行为指导和准则。他们常常对人表现出不应有的依恋和粗鲁的举动，例如盯着别人的眼睛看、抓别人的手或者在别人身上到处乱摸。

The neurotypical should learn to be on their own. They tend to imitate those around them and act according to given instructions, instead of thinking independently.

神经典型者应该学习怎样和自己相处。他们倾向于模仿周围的人以及根据别人给予他们的指令行动，而不是独立思考。

The neurotypical should learn to create their own rules. They don't understand daily routines. It's very difficult for them to fulfil ritualistic or repetitive activities. They often change their mind fast.

神经典型者应该学着创造自己的规则。他们不能理解生活常规。让他们完成仪式化或重复的活动是很难的。他们总是改变自己的想法。

The neurotypical have special physical and emotional needs. Most of them have an alarming insensitivity to light, sounds, smells or tastes. But they might be hypersensitive to pain and hunger. Sometimes, they have tantrums and extreme stress for no apparent reason, because they are a lot more sentimental than neurodiverse people.

神经典型者有特殊的生理和情感需求。他们大多对光亮、声音、气味或味道表现出惊人的不敏感。但他们也许对疼痛和饥饿过度敏感。有时候，他们无故乱发脾气或过度焦虑，因为他们比神经多元化的人更加感情用事。

The neurotypical need to be taught with special methods at school. They have wide interest but limited attention span and can't concentrate on one activity for very long. Some of them are extremely restless and enjoy doing sports. But unlike neurodiverse kids, they hardly never flapping hands, rocking back and forth, or initiatively looking for any kinds of sensory stimulation.

神经典型者在学校里需要用特殊的方法教导。他们兴趣广泛但是注意力十分有限，不能长时间集中在同一个活动上。他们中的一些人极度好动而且喜欢运动。但不同于神经多元化的孩子，他们几乎从来不扇动双手、前后摇晃或者主动寻求任何形式的感官刺激。

The neurotypical need to know the difference between the reality and their imagination. They can't usually tell a lie apart from a truth. We shouldn't encourage pretending games, or the indulged kids may go into the habit of being dishonest.

神经典型者需要了解现实与他们的想象之间的差别。他们往往无法区分事实与谎言。我们不应该鼓励假扮游戏，否则被纵容的孩子有可能养成撒谎的习惯。

In some cases, neurotypical people have intelligence disabilities. But intelligence quotient is actually unrelated to neuro type. Some neurotypical people are very talented. They can make great achievements as well.

在某些情况下，神经典型者有智力缺陷。但是智商其实和神经类型不相关。有些神经典型者天赋十足。他们也能够获得巨大成就。

There should be a special service for neurotypical people to make sure they can emotionally bleeding all over each other as much as they want to. They are not like us, but every human being is unique in his own way. Neurotypical people also have rights to do what they like and become whom they wants to be. There's nothing wrong with being social and sympathetic. They are lovely people once you get to know about them.

应该为神经典型者提供特殊服务，以保证他们能按照他们的意愿相互倾注情感。他们和我们不同，但是每个人会表现出自己独特的一面。神经典型的人也有权利做他们喜欢的事并成为他们想要成为的人。喜欢社交和富有同情心并没有错。只要你足够了解他们就会发现他们是可爱的人。
