Apr. 29, 2010 : Running, 4km, 25min. (盲盅盅搏命跑跑到喘唔过气)
Apr. 30, 2010 : Tennis, 90min. (开始先隔日跑步,隔咗嗰日去做其他运动)
May. 1st, 2010 : Running, 1.8km, 20min. (听人指导要循序渐进,前面800m步行,轻松完成)
May. 2nd, 2010 : Running, 2.8km, 25min. (没人陪打球,前面800步行,开头比较吃力,后段刚适宜)
May. 3rd, 2010 : Running, 2.8km, N/A (稍微比昨天轻松一点)
May. 4th, 2010 : Tennis, 1h (踩了一个下午单车,本以为网球可以轻松啲,但係其实都好攰!)
May. 5th, 2010 : Running, 1.9km, N/A (寻晚网球太用力,加上今日写生,今晚跑得少许吃力)
May. 6th, 2010 : Null (落雨+网球场满人+冇人陪我打乒乓,算啦,休息一日)
May. 7th, 2010 : Running, 2.8km, N/A (前面800m步行,比前几次跑要稍微轻松)
May. 8th, 2010 : Tennis, 90min. (开头1h有人开场所以冇办法放开打,后面30min换场之后惊奇发现自己貌似有长进,知道点样可以连续过网了)
May. 9th, 2010 : Null (今晚要搞活动所以冇跑)
May. 10th, 2010 : Null (粤语社纳新搞到7点,食完返休息完8点几,冇时间跑)
May. 11th, Running, 3.0km, 25min (前800m步行,过程中感觉同之前差不多,跑完之后比之前轻松)
May. 12th, Running, 2.2km, 10min (因为跑之前从风雨走到足球场,前面800步行省略;今天有点点累)
May. 13th, Tennis, 80min (落雨所以去打波,结果打到右手软奶奶,但係其实冇乜长进)
May. 14th, Null (寻晚网球打得太激烈,休息)
May. 15th, Running, 2.6km N/A (前面400m步行,开始发现只係过程中气喘辛苦,跑完之后完全不累)
May. 16th, Running, 2.8km N/A (前面400m步行,今天尽量要自己加快速度,感觉还好)
May. 17th, Null (赶作业休息)
May. 18th, Running, 2.4km N.A (前面400m步行,今日唔够训,跑到第五圈心脏对落忽然好痛,被迫停)
May. 19th, Running, 2.4km N/A (出去写生所以都好攰,5圈尽晒力啦)
May. 20th, Running, 2.8km N/A (前面400m步行,今日本来都有些少攰,但係6圈轻松完成)
May. 21st, Null, (落雨+约人短聚,可惜嘅係听日都要Null....唉....)
May. 22nd, Null, (落雨+粤语社教学啊,又断开了)
May. 23th, Running, 2.8km N/A (不轻松也不辛苦,正常的一日)
May. 24th, Running, 2.8km N/A (冇乜变化,同寻日都差唔多)
May. 25th, Running, 2.8km N/A (今日貌似有些少吃力)
May. 26th, Running, +2.8km N/A (依然前面400m步行,但係到后面唔记得数自己几多圈,反正肯定跑多啦,而且发现好似气喘冇咁辛苦啦,唔知係唔係跑多咗嘅缘故)
May. 27th, Running, 2.4km N/A (貌似画图画得太攰,4圈半的时候又开始心口痛)
May. 28th, Null, (落雨休息)
May. 29th, Gym, 20min (落雨+网球冇场,主要练咗手臂,发现sit up腿部咗,不过其实唔出奇,咁耐冇练)
May. 30th, Null, (粤语社活动)
May. 31th, Running, 2.4km N/A (前400尾400都係行,横膈膜又抽筋,不过今次係右边)
Jun. 01st, Running, 3.2km N/A (前400步行,今晚跑得超high,其实想多跑一啲,听拍子跑实在太爽了)
Jun. 02nd, Running, +3.2km N/A (今日high爆,绝对超过7圈,一落宿舍门口就开始跑,冇停过,跑完7圈仲兜去课室再返宿舍)
Jun. 03rd, Null (接待杰叔+嘘嘘冇跑)
Jun. 04th, Null (接待杰叔+嘘嘘冇跑*2)
Jun. 05th, Running, 4km 25min. (开始发现似乎跑几多都唔会觉得攰,但係同时又怀疑自己係唔係跑得唔够快)
Jun. 06th, Null (粤语社活动)
Jun. 07th, Running, 4km <25min. (比前日稍微累,但係感觉时间过得快咗,而且都跑快咗些少)
Jun. 08th, Dancing (准备体育考试,所以练舞练咗两个钟)
Jun. 09th, Running, >=4km, <23min. (前段有点不轻松,到后段反而轻松了)
Jun. 10th, Running, 4km, <23min. (感觉比较平均,跑完那一秒钟忽然感觉异常轻松)
Jun. 11th, Null (体育考试)
Jun. 12th, Null (第一次冇正当原因而唔去跑,但实在太低潮了)
Jun. 13th, Running, N/A, <30min. (第一次唔喺运动场跑,绕学校入面嘅马路跑,但係横膈膜居然痛完右边痛左边!!中间休息咗少少)
Jun. 14th, Null (落雨+本身都冇feel跑)
Jun. 15th, Running, 4km, N/A (发现可以忍到横膈膜痛了)
Jun. 16th, Running, 4km, <24min. (最后三圈忍痛跑完)
Jun. 17th, Running, 4.1km+700m N/A (唔听音乐跑真係比较辛苦,不过开心嘅係测1km4'22''!!今次每隔1km走200m)
Jun. 18th, Running, 1km 4:14'84'' (原来四分钟有多好差!!!差过大一大二测试!!!)
Jun. 19th, Null (伤心过度唔想跑,但係踩咗成个下午单车出去)
Jun. 20th, Null (伤心过度唔想跑,但係都冇做过其他运动)
Jun. 21st, 4km, N/A (叫自己唔好理结果,点都去跑先,中间休息咗一段)
Jun. 22nd (本来想去睇志明春娇,但係发现冇粤语版,返到嚟之后就唔想跑了)
Jun. 23rd, N/A, N/A (冇计,乱跑)
Jun. 24th, Null (去咗睇电影)
----------(中间隔咗好耐~~考试周啦去上海啦,一大堆借口,然后就返屋企啦)
Jul. 20th, 4km (冇计时间,不过感觉到自己跑得好慢,因为一来小腿疼,二来第一次到运动场要习惯)

Sep. 1st, 2km (隔咗两个月冇跑,果然严重退步,1200m之后休息400m然后再跑800m,结果到最后100m感觉快晕,睇嚟要好好努力了)

Sep. 3rd, 2.4km (稍微比前日要轻松,要慢慢恢复)
