When you REJECT a CANDIDATE, do this 1. Tell the RECRUITER all the strong points you saw in the candidate. Don't hurt candidate's chances to get another job 2. Give the candidate an advice on the resume and the interview. It does not cost anything to be nice 3. Get back to the candidate quickly. It is better to be rejected than to be left hanging 4.
