三昧地（sānmèi）一詞，來源於梵語“samadhi"的音譯 ，譯為"正定"。屏除、止息雜念，使心神平静，心不散亂，專注一境，是佛教的重要修行方法，亦指事物的要領,真諦。
samadhi word comes from Sanskrit "samadhi" transliteration, translated as "positive definite". Get rid of distractions, make the mind calm, heart is not scattered, focus on one situation is an important methods of practicing Buddhism, also refers to the essentials and true meaning of things.
