why should i eat too much?
overeating lead to money wasting and obesity
the more i eat, the more time i take to exercise burn fat
if i dont exercise body, i because very fat very ugly
i unable to move my body
i should eat tiny portiong of food
everyday i should eat below:
2 bowl of vegetables
1 bowl of fruits
half bowl of rice/macaroni/spagetti
no meat, no egg, no dairy, no poultry
because veget vitamin /mineral is sufficent for my health
dining outside is no need.
because too costly, and not assured the cleanliness,
also the mutters of customers/waitress no good
i feel so calm to dine at home
if i go to work, to save time, i will dine outside.
if i not go to work, i dine at home better.
save money, and improve cooking skill
