猎头职位：Product Engineer-NPI（产品工程师，4名）－RMO NPI Eng. SHENZHEN 10W/Y+
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production support engineering for micro-optics product;
Preparation of technical/process documentation for production readiness.
Provide DFM/ DFA (Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly) feedback to the product design team during the design phase of new products.
Lead failure analysis on returned products from our customers
Drive continuous quality/yield/capacity improvement programs and cost reduction.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or above in Physics, optical engineering, or equivalent engineering discipline;
Profound knowledge on free space optics and fiber optics;
Deep understanding of functionality, integration and application of micro-optical modules
2 years or above NPI, development or equivalent engineering experience of optical components/modules, subsystem or system.
Good English communication skill
