Atlantis_Two things
Lazy make you lose a lot of things.
One month or two month ago, A word 'Atlantis' came to my ears, and now it echos around my ears. And I realize that maybe it is time for me to pick it up and figure out what the hell it is.
It doesn't matter anything if you don't know it, but you do, then a lot of things matter. I realized that it is the biggest project that we ever had and it is ongoing now and will last to next year. But what a pity is that we are not involoved in it at all. From the beginning till now. What's worse now is that no one in our team have the motivation or sense to get know things which is not your task. Including me. Maybe in the future we should know mostly about the project happening in our team, and it is my job. I need lead my team to get more closer to Expedia by knowing what they are doing and by knowing how they handle test.
Another thing is the knowledge updating. Traing for new employees are giving now. Glance at the ppt. I felt that the knowledge is very old, no updating. Our domain knowledge should keep updating according to daily experience. I will told them update the ppt document and aslo knowledge stored in their mind.
Sleepy now. let me have a little snap and keep hard working during this afternoon.
