it到底是指a trust还是the settled property有争议，只是从法律金融角度来说，该收益/孳息应该是来自于信托财产而非信托，只是为了避免争议，原句改为the income therefrom会更好。
家族信托是一种信托机构受个人或家族的委托，代为管理、处置家庭财产的财产管理方式，以实现富人的财富规划及传承目标，最早出现在长达25年经济繁荣期（1982年到2007年，被称为美国第二个镀金年代）后的美国。家族信托，资产的所有权与收益权相分离，富人一旦把资产委托给信托公司打理，该资产的所有权就不再归他本人，但相应的收益依然根据他的意愿收取和分配。富人如果离婚分家产、意外死亡或被人追债，这笔钱都将独立存在，不受影响。 家族信托能够更好地帮助高净值人群规划“财富传承”，也逐渐被中国富豪认可。在信托利益分配上可选择一次性分配、定期定量分配、临时分配、附带条件分配等不同的形式。
