Quick Fit Day 2
It's a Tuesday morning. I woke up at 2:30 am having a bad dream ( someone broke into my bedroom and trying to kill me). I don't know why I am having this kind of dream. I haven't dreamed of something like this for a long long time. Anyway, I went to sleep again after a shout. At 6:50 am, my alarm woke me up again. I told myself several times in my heart. Go to the gym, you won't gain anything if you sleep another hour. So after a long procrastination, I finally went out home at 7:15am.
Today' s 7:30 session, I am the only one. It's like having a private coach!!! But free.
I did some wall balls(squat involved. Hard!!)
and some berpees(Harder!!!)
Then I am totally exhausted, a quick shower, work!
The coach said I am going to be soar all day. Currently, feels ok.
I think I can still run tonight. Cause I made myself a promise.
Coach said I need to come for at least a month to get used to the pace and intensity, I should try and fight it!!!
That's say a month. Then I will award myself something.!
